Job Description :
Responsible for handling on-site clients & off-site team of 3-6 developers,
Requirement analysis, implementation, trouble-shooting,
Participate in customer review meetings and requirement discussions with all levels (Middle management to senior management),
Publish various reports to the management.

Duties and Responsibilities:-
Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents,
Perform coding to written technical specifications,
If required Investigate, analyze and document reported defects,
Perform maintenance programming and correction of identified defects,
Create, document, and implement unit test plans, scripts, and test harnesses,
Create and maintain technical documentation using defined technical documentation templates,
Performs related duties as assigned

Skills / Attributes Required:-
Demonstrable Software Development/System analysis/Team Leading experience,
Knowledge of database architecture and design,
Ability to interpret written requirements and technical specification documents,
Ability to code software (if required) according to published standards and design guidelines,
Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure,
Commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work,
Ability to handle a team of 3-6 people.
Able to work on-site and should be able to handle customers directly for requirement analysis & escalation handling
