Sr. Manager with a proven track record of heading independent business unit and Identify new business opportunities to extend and develop the company's customer and profit base.
Role, Requirement and Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement
a. Inquiry to Order - Customer Engagement
b. Inquiry to Order - Status of lead
c. Order Delivery Timeframe
d. Re-order timing and approach
2. Hiring new team members
3. Induction of new joining
4. Training Existing team members
5. Own site up gradation/maintenance
6. Technology Visualizer for forward planning and new platform hands on skills
7. Internet savvy
8. Technical skills on internet platforms and support requirements
9. Social Media Savvy
10. Different marketing channels - email, 1-to-1, trade show
11. Copy Writer
12. Administration (overall)
13. Data Mining & Support activities
Salary range: 3,00,000 - 15,00,000 / Yearly (Gross Pay)
