Recruitment & Welcome of the new hired batches and conducting the Induction/Orientation programmes
Maintaining Records, MIS, Leave and Attendance Management.
Creating reports on weekly, monthly and need basis
Entry and exit formalities
Facing internal audits, preparing HR related quality documents etc.
Training & Development.
Taking care of HR policies and procedures.
Employee Engagement.

Experience required: 1.8 + to 3.0 years

DESIRED PROFILE:
Candidate should have Prior experience in Recruitment and should be either from Consultancy or BPO or IT software company domain only.
Candidate should have Excellent English communication both oral & written . Candidate should have done primary schooling (1st to 10th std) either from English medium OR Convent medium only. (MANDATORY).
Candidate should be self-starter and quick learner.
Candidate should have good knowledge of MS office.
