Selection Process:
The candidates will be evaluated through Aptitude and Technical test which
will be conducted at REIGN TECHNOLOGIES Corporate office at Bangalore.
REIGN TECHNOLOGIES will take selected candidates on a permanent role.
After the offer Letter is been issued, employee will be On the Job training
for a period of 3 months.
From the date of joining based on the technology platform desired and
chosen by the candidate.
Benefits:
*During On the Job training period, The staff will be entitled
to receive a monthly salary of 8000/- and Gross Rs.10,000/-.at REIGN HR TECHNOLOGIES.
*CTC Structure:
*On successful completion of On the Job training, a fixed CTC will be announced based on achievement of grades from the on the Job training.
The consolidated salary package will vary from
Minimum CTC Rs.1,5- to
Maximum INR 3.5 Lakh’s Per annum
On the Job training has been designed in such a way the employee get a
strong practical exposure to make the requirement of the industry and get
