Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing and evaluating projects according to predetermined timelines, budgets and goals.
Responsibilities
Ensure overall client satisfaction and project quality with each and every engagement
Manage project development from initiation to closure
Be accountable for project results along with project leadership
Work with project leadership and stakeholders to complete project goals at a high-level of quality and client satisfaction
Be laser-focused on scope, goals, deliverable, required resources, budget and timing
Maintain a project schedule to identify when each task is to be performed
Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders
Act as mediator between client and internal team
Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle
Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved with project change request forms
Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to project leadership
Determine how results will be measured and complete a post-project evaluation to determine how well results were achieved
Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution
Ensure all project artifacts and documents are safely archived following project completion
Requirements
Enthusiasm for project management in a creative environment
Familiarity with User Experience / Interface design and process
University degree in business, management or programming related field
Familiarity with project management tools and software
Demonstrated leadership within a diverse team of people a plus
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving and analytic skills
Minimum Experience : 3 Years
Minimum Commitment Period : 1 Year
