1. BE/B-Tech in Computer Science/IT, or MCA.
2. At-least 5+ year experience in PHP, MySQL, X HTML, CSS, AJAX, Java Script etc.
3. Specially in Magento 4+ year of experience.
4. Must have knowledge on E commerce (Payment Gateways, Shopping Carts, SEO Friendly Coding etc.)
5. Expertise in Open-source Technologies like Magneto, Word-press, Drupal & Joomla is an added advantage.
6. Must be able to work independently.
7. Able to handle 15 to 20 developers team.
8. Must have good Communication Skills and Development Approach.
9. Ready for 2 year bond- condition is good for bond.
In big projects some time he hast do also coding part, and he will grow entire development department
