Job Location:  Pune
Job Description:  Title:- Java/ J2EE Developer
Skills: J2EE – Servlets, JSP skills,
J2SE - Core Concepts and JDBC.
Servers- Tomcat.
Web Technologies - HTML, CSS, XML.
Script- Java Script
Framework- Hibernate, Struts.
Maven, XMPP, JMS and other Web-Services.
Experience: 2-3 Years


DESIRABLE SKILLS

1.Experience in Object Database desirable.

2.Experience on Server side Technologies such as JDBC, JMS and Web-Services.

3.Knowledge of XMPP, Apache development for i Phone and Blackberry.

4.Exposure to methodologies such as Extreme Programming desirable.
Candidate Requirement
QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIRED

1.Strong J2EE and JSP skills
2.Solid experience in Spring Framework, Hibernate, Maven.
3.Experience in MySQL and excellent knowledge of SQL, and optimization.
4.AJAX (JavaScript/HTML/CSS/XML) experience.
5.Knowledge of Apache Tomcat and Linux architecture.
6.Understanding of Web standards cross-platform, cross-browser issues.
7.Excellent debugging and problem solving skills.
8.Passion for clean code and clear naming conventions.
9.Must have excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
10.Should be highly self-directed, a strong individual contributor.
Experience:  3 - 4 years
