Job Description :

Engineering graduate with 10 years plus experience in corporate facilities /property management or Diploma Holder with minimum 13 years experience
. In depth M&E knowledge, analytical skills. Knowledge of energy management with a capability of applying energy saving initiatives.
. Very Good people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands;
. Knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements;
. Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems;
. Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives highly desirable;
. Demonstrated experience with client reporting and preparation of reports required.
Salary:INR 6,00,000 - 11,00,000 P.A
