RESPONSIBILITIESI. BASIC FUNCTIONS:
Build, extend and maintain Java applications to support growing business demand.
II. ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for requirements study, analysis, design, development, implementation and support of Java web applications that support the businesses needs.
* Evaluate and recommend system architecture and project approach.
* Evaluate, support and provide feedback to the software development lifecycle.
* On time delivery of web application projects that meet required technical specifications
* Interface with client software engineers and web admin during implementation and deployment process
* Gather feedback from design and technical staff on web site development needs.
* Evaluate and expand the company,s use of emergent web technologies, to help maintain a competitive edge.
* Conceptualize long-term needs of web development, and plan and manage related projects.
* Meet with peers, supporting departments, and customers to develop a better understanding of how your skills can be best applied to provide customer value.
* All other duties and responsibilities as deemed appropriate by management.
