SharepointMust have:
* Workflow Development (SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio)
* SharePoint Branding
* Good Communication Skill ( Ability to work with the overseas client independently)
Should have:
* Sound knowledge of SharePoint 2007/2010 Configuration
* Good working knowledge of SharePoint Service Applications
* Knowledge of SharePoint 2007/2010 Object Model
* Knowledge of SharePoint Designer 2007/2010
* SQL Server 2005/2008/2008 R2
* Visual Studio 2008/2010
* Framework 3.5/4.0, 3.5/4.0
* Basic Knowledge of WCF Services and Web Services
* HTML, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript
Added advantage:
* SharePoint Migration process
* Lotus Notes Migration
* Silverlight Integration
* SharePoint Client Object Model
Imp. Note:
* Candidate must be ready to travel onsite for at least 6 months.
