Job Responsibilities:
Post: -TL(LAMP)
Designation : Team Leader - LAMP
Position : 1
Experience : 4 6 years
Location : Ahmedabad
Skills :
Good Communication skills
Must have minimum 3 years of experience in PHP
Strong PHP fundamentals
Good understanding of RDBMS concepts
Web 2.0 fundamentals (ajax, RSS, API, XML, CMS)
Thorough understanding of OOP
Knowledge of MVC based framework(s) preferably smarty
Strong in HTML, CSS, Javascript
Strong SQL skills are essential
Basic Networking concepts
Knowledge of session handling, cookies etc...
Technology Independent Attitude
Should Have experience in leading a team of Developers
Should have experience undertaking R&D initiatives
Hosting and implementation of the system on a web server
Job Profile:
Creates and executes project work plans and revises as - -appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
Enforces project standards.
Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
Work closely with team for ensuring project success
Brainstorming on complex project for innovative solutions
Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management.
Analysing project and individual oriented sessions, trainings, planning, conduction.
Need to take part in project estimation.
Good command on English will be an added advantage.
