Job Description :

• Administer SQL Server database environments
• Install upgrades and patches to existing databases
• Experience in SQL Server Cluster design and implementation
• Responsibility for creation of databases, tuning, cloning, copying, and data refreshes
• Perform system analysis and identify solutions to technical problems
• Identify bottlenecks and perform database tuning
• Experience interfacing with vendors for vendor supported software running on SQL Server databases and other application support
• Experience in Windows system database administration
• Create, Maintain and Update SQL Server Infrastructure and Standards dba documentation
• Make database architecture design decisions for project teams and ensure those decisions are consistent with long-term architecture design
• Design and develop Enterprise Security Policy for database systems.
• Look for opportunities to take advantage of leading edge technology within the workplace
• Develop and maintain application, data, and execution architectures
• Document the company’s database environment
• Configure SQL Server monitoring utilities to minimize false alarms
