Conduct code and design reviews.
• Coach and mentor developers at both a technical and a professional level
• Create and Execute structured application deployment plans.
• Evaluate new technologies and provide recommendations.
• Read and write code!
As a leader in our technology organization you will be expected to interact at a high level in solution planning and complex issue resolution.
The right stuff needed for this position:
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Recognized Degree in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines
• 8+ yrs with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in Project Management or Project Lead roles
• Strong knowledge in UML, Design patterns, Design & Architecture of the projects, .NET framework, ASP.NET, C# and VB.NET
• Good knowledge in latest technologies in .NET 3.5 / 4.0 & its integrations with Biz talk server etc.
• Strong customer relationship management and vendor management experience
• Possesses excellent leadership qualities and is able to lead effectively
• Result oriented with multi-tasking capabilities • CITPM / PMP or other equivalent certifications will be advantageous
• Experience as a technical lead over a software development team
• Thorough technical knowledge of the .NET Framework, CLR and C#
• Expert level knowledge of OO concepts and design patterns (GoF, IoC, MVVM, etc)
• Strong knowledge of Relational Databases (MS SQL)
• An ability to learn and leverage best practices to develop modular, fault-tolerant, scalable solutions.
