Job Description
Should have at least 4 year experience application Implementation / production support (Preferably in production environment).
Able to spend at least 70% time on-site for implementation (Mainly in Africa and Middle East, may be in South America and Asia).
Able to deal with local users directly during the implementation at onsite location.
Able to work on shifts (24X7) for user training and support.
Maintain all relevant status reports accurately & timely.
Comprehensive understanding of QA methodologies, procedures, and QA documentation
In absence of implementation work, the candidate needs to do QA/Production Support work.
Good communication skill, proficiency in written and spoken English.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal skills and Good documentation skills.
Candidate should be able to take self ownershership.
Work well in a team environment.
Candidate have IT infrastructure knowledge would be a plus.
Follow up outstanding tickets with central software development team and LOCAL IT and Operation Team.
Self Starter- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision in a fast pace environment.
Self learning skill
Expertise in Automation using QTP or other Automation Tool (Additional Advantage)
Requirements
I.T. degree holder with min 4 years experience.
Ability to spend at least 70% time on-site for Development.
Ability to estimate, plan, lead and execute complete project / modules independently.
Experience Required: Having 4-5 Years relevant experience in QA.
Education Required: B.E / B.Tech(CS, IT & EC), MCA, B.Sc, BCA,.
