Manage and support AirWatch hosted software solutions to provide a high level of service to our customer base.
This includes Ongoing maintenance and upgrades of current environments, continuous improvement efforts to provide an increasingly positive customer experience.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues with hosted services including web and database servers.
Drive internal continuous improvement projects through scripting of internal utilities and overall process improvement.
Troubleshoot complex systems to identify and resolve problems across web and dataset servers, internal network, mobile devices, etc.
Support application implementation efforts, including application configuration, testing, and problem resolution for internally hosted application.
Release Management for application upgrades.
Good documentation and reporting skills. Support andor lead multiple implementations concurrently.
