Open source knowledge like Wordpress, Magento, Joomla, Core PHP etc.
Lead and manage the PHP team, promoting the creation of elegant, practical solutions to meet the company’s business goals.
Must have worked on Magento based websites.
Understanding Client Requirements & functional specifications.
Able to understand complex business requirements and code them into web-applications.
PHP 5 backend development for dynamic database driven websites.
Requirements analysis
Actively participating in database structure development & Active participation in R& D
Effectively Coordinating with Team Members
Coordinating with the QA team to resolve bugs
Hosting and implementation of the system on a web server
Analyze system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications for team members.
Provide accurate effort-estimates for deliverables.
Be committed to the deadlines through follow up of tasks with team members.
Research and actively learn about new technologies and introduce them into the infrastructure.
Resolve technical issues that are escalated by junior and mid-level developers.
Write and develop maintainable and reusable code.
Should be pro-active, self-starter, eager to learn new technologies and have flexible approach.
