We are now hiring an iPhone OS Application Developer to join our high performance engineering team engaged in architecting; developing and delivering managed services and products for mobile platforms.
In this role, you will participate in the analysis of user requirements, develop prototypes, design, implement, test and support mobile applications and services.
Required Skills:
6+ years experience in professional software development.
2+ years experience in developing and launching iPhone applications using Cocoa / Objective-C.
Experience in developing in Java, C and C++ an advantage.
Experience in developing application for other mobile platforms, e.g., Blackberry, Android, etc., an advantage.
Experience implementing secure, transactional applications integrated with web-based services.
Experience in leveraging native iPhone capabilities.
Experience in performance tuning and optimizing for constrained mobile devices.
At least one published iPhone application in the App Store.
Experience in the design, development and testing of individual modules using Agile methodologies and RUP.
Strong OO concepts, Component based development and basic computing skills - OS concepts, threads, data structures, networking, RDBMS, SQL and XML.
Experience applying Design Patterns
Excellent iPhone technical issue diagnosis and problem solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Motivated self starter and a very good team player
Excellent presentation skills including the ability to explain technical solutions and design decisions in whiteboard discussions.
Education:
BS in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.
Desired: Masters in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
