Job Description
Applications in the prescribed format are invited for the posts of Assistant Professor/ Senior Lecturer / Lecturer and Laboratory Assistants in various subjects for a period of 3 years purely on contract basis from the eligible candidates. in Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology (CIPET) Ahmedabad :
Assistant Professor in the pay band of Rs. 15600-39100 & GP of Rs.7600/- , Sr. Lecturers in the pay band of Rs. 15600-39100 & GP of Rs. 6600/- and Lecturers in the pay band of Rs. 15600 – 39100 & GP of Rs.5400/-
Laboratory Assistants & Physical Education Faculty : Attractive salary for the deserving candidates based on the qualification and experience
Selection Procedure:
Written test will be conducted for short listing of candidates if the applicants are too many. The syllabus for the written test is under graduate/Diploma level of concerned branch / subject. The test paper/Aptitude test will be objective type based on respective branch.
Interview: Personal interview in front of -ion committee.
Candidates will be -ed based on the performance in written test and personal Interview.
How to Apply : The candidates must apply in the prescribed format, complete in all respect strictly in the format provided, along with necessary enclosures in an envelope super scribing the post applied should be sent to the Administrative Officer, CIPET, Ahmedabad Plot No. 630, Phase – IV, G.I.D.C, Vatva, Ahmedabad – 382445 on or before 25/07/2013.
General Instructions:
1. Services shall stand automatically terminated on completion of 3 years tenure or if the performance is not satisfactory on review every One Year, whichever is earlier.
2. Candidates called for interview will be paid AC three tier train / bus fare on production of original ticket.
3. Appointment of the candidates will be governed by the CIPET rules and regulations in force.
4. The institute reserves all the right to reject any / all applications without assigning any reason thereof.
5. No correspondence will be entertained from candidates regarding postal delays, conduct and result of interview and reasons for not being called for interview. No correspondence shall be entertained from unsuccessful candidates.
6. Incomplete/Unsigned applications and applications without required enclosures will be rejected.
