Job Description
1) Participate in the functional, architecture and technical design of our products
2) Participate in the evaluation and selection of third-party components and technologies
3) Participate in the product implementation, in compliance with the development rules set forth within the organization (e.g. unit testing)
4) Ensure source code is properly documented
5) Share knowledge and experience with other developers
6) Actively engage the open source community through forums, seminars, etc.
7) Participate in a constant technology watch

Requirements
4+ yrs of software development experience
- Very strong Java language, GWT 2.x, HTML, CSS and JavaScript expertise
- Very good knowledge of the Java ecosystem
- Very strong software architecture design and coding skills, design patterns experience
- Very good learning abilities
- Good communication skills
- Written English
- Entrepreneurial mindset

Desirable:
- Enterprise Search experience
- Experience with Lucene or Solr
- OSGi, ESB, SOA experience
- Experience with profiling and code validation tools
- Maven, DVCS (Git)
- UML as a communication/documentation tool
