| Qualification: B. E/ B. Tech/ ME/M Tech / MCA

The ideal candidate should possess:
*Extensive experience in Core Java / J2EE Technologies *Should have experience in Spring/ Struts/ Hibernate / JMS / GWT
*Should have experience in Oracle / Sybase or any database *Should have experience in PL/SQL /Java Script/Jquery *Knowledge in Unix is desired
* Hands on experience in Designing, Coding and development and support
* Financial / Banking domain experience is added advantage * Excellent analytical and problem solving approach
* Strong customer interaction skills / Client facing skills
* Very good communication skills (Written & Oral)
