Job Description -
Education (UG - B.Sc - Computers, Electronics, B.TechB.E.) OR (PG - M.Sc, M.Tech) AND ( Doctorate - Doctorate Not Required) Responsible for providing Technical support to our CRM software 'DaeBuild' Clients.Responsible for providing installations, Training, post installation support .Ensure that technical inquiries are logged into a Log sheet, ensuring completeness We are looking for a software support engineer with 1-2 years of experience in handling support for softwares like ERP, CRM etc.
Excellent Communication skills as this profile require interfacing with the client.

Experience : -      1 - 2 Years
