Job Description :

Minimum experience required: 2yrs to 6yrs
Candidate profile:
-Candidate Should have excellent layout designing skills.
- Should have hands-on experience of JSP, HTML, XHTML, XML, Java Script & CSS development environment.
- Should be expert in div-based layout conversions
- Good graphic design skills for designing corporate stuff, e.g. Headers/Banners, Logo, Help Manuals etc.
- Hands-on knowledge of design suites such as Adobe CS2/CS3, Macromedia Flash/shockwave, Photosop, Dreamweaver, Corel, Illustrator
- Have hands-on experience in designing Business web sites/applications
- Strong communication skills in person, on phone and over email
- Good Flash animation skills. Knowledge and experience in XML galleries with Flash AS2 or AS3 would be a plus.
- Struts Tiles Framework, AJAX and Dojo experience would be beneficial and a plus

Job Responsibilities:

The Web Designer will be in charge of designing and maintaining the company products [web-applications] GUIs and look and feel. Concentrating on consistent branding and standard color schemes.
Designing page layouts, adding custom graphics, formatting content, creating common CSS libraries, quality assurance testing, closely interacting with core application developers for integrating the business logic with the GUIs and functional requirements.
Design user-friendly and visually appealing websites/web application GUIs
Closely work with client/requirement teams for understanding the requirement and GUI workflow.
Good knowledge of the latest web technologies, cross browser and platform issues.
Test the functionality of web pages for compatibility in various browsers
