Job Description

1) 9+ years of professional software development experience developing mission- critical applications in a production UNIX environment with at least 2
Years in a technical leadership role.
2) Strong technical skills in C / C++/ Core Java, XML, MySQL, Apache, Tomcat.
3) Expertise in two or more of these fields is mandatory:
Databases (or Large Data stores) / Networking / OS / Distributed
Computing / Grid Computing / Web Services
4) In-depth Experience with:
-Common web services protocols (DNS, HTTP, SSL, REST)
Understanding of scalability considerations in designing high-performance
servers.
Unix operating systems (especially Linux) and system calls
TCP/ IP networking and network programming
Hashing and caching
Memory management, threads, I/ O performance optimisation
Requirements

1) Experience with Perl and/ or shell-scripting
2) Experience in resource scheduling, task decomposition, and risk management
in an Agile environment.
3) Experience with Unicode/ encoding and internationalization/ localization
4) Strong technical skills in JSP, Servlets, Struts, Hibernate, Spring
5) Good understanding of various Machine Learning and Data Mining algorithms

PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required
