We are growing our software engineering division and our looking to hire strong Programmer Analysts to create complex, enterprise-transforming business applications, as a member of diverse, high energy teams focused on full life-cycle development through the use of TDD & Agile Methodologies.

The roles would entail evaluating and implementing solutions using architectures, technologies and platforms such as SOA, MoM, BPM, JEE, Web 2.0, Databases and various open source frameworks.

Technically you have: 4+ years delivery experience on a commercial application development project including integration with 3rd party applications.

Experience including analysis, design, coding and implementation of large scale custom built object-oriented applications.

Strong OO design knowledge , including extensive design patterns knowledge Working on open source technologies like Spring, Hibernate , JPA etc.

Familiarity with relational databases like- Oracle, DB2, PostgreSQL or SQL Server Knowledge of Agile Methodologies , such as Extreme Programming - XP and Scrum or RUP. Experience of using UNIX.

Experience on Front end technologies like JQuery, JavaScript, GWT , AJAX, JSF is preferable Experience in application server clustering, performance tuning and scalability testing Extensive experience working with WebLogic, Websphere

or JBoss application servers Strong communication and client-facing skills with the ability to work in a consulting environment is essential. 

And you want to acquire experience in: Messaging Middleware- HornetQ, RabbitMQ Databases- NoSQL ,Hbase, MongoDB, Redis Big data Hadoop Working in Agile, TDD & CI etc.
