Job Description
Candidate must have knowledge to convert PSD to HTML with CSS. · 
Should have creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense ·  
Must have knowledge about FTP, Joomla, Wordpress and other CMS ·  
Should have good hold on software/tools like: PHOTOSHOP, ILLUSTRATOR, FLASH, and MICROSOFT OFFICE. ·    Should have great attention to detail.Should have strong passion for design. ·  
Should have keen interest in web and interactive design. · 
Should be good at judgement and decision making so as to consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one. ·  
Should have good visualization ability to imagine how something will look after it is moved around or when its parts are moved or rearranged. ·  
Should be fluent in current graphic design practices and web production software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effects. ·  
Minimum of two years of experience in Web and UX designing · 
Fluency in current graphic design practices and web production software, such as Adobe Photoshop,  ·  
Extensive experience hand coding XHTML/CSS with emphasis on cross browser/cross platform optimization and JavaScript scripting (from scratch) with or without a JS library ·  
Hands on Experience with JAVA, JSP for UI integration support ·  
Knowledge of web 2.0 graphics and current design style·       ·  
Knowledge of ARC, Dream Weaver, HTML5, CSS3, Flash, Flex will be added advantage

1) Create designs,concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aestheticdesign concepts.
2) Determine and arrangement of illustrativematerial and copy, and select style and of type.
3) Use computer software to generate new images.
4) Mark up, paste, and assemble final layouts to preparelayouts for printer.
5) Draw and print charts, graphs, illustrations, andother artwork, using computer.
6) Review final layouts and suggest improvements asneeded.
7) Develop graphics and layouts for productillustrations, company logos, and Internet websites.
8) Key information into computer equipment tocreate layouts

9) Prepareillustrations or rough sketches of materials

10) decide which color, type, illustration, photography, andanimations are best suited to convey the necessary information.

11) make sureinformation is presented in the most effective and eye grabbing way.
10) Produce still and animated graphics.
11) Prepares work to be accomplished bygathering information and materials.
12) Plans concept by studyinginformation and materials.
13) Illustrates concept by designingrough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement,     
     , type and style, and relatedaesthetic concepts.
14) Prepares final layout by marking andpasting up finished copy and art.
15)Also includes Video editing andMovie Making.
