Skills Frontend Developer, PSD to HTML/XHTML , HTML 5, CSS, Photoshop, Dreamweaver,CS3, Illustrator, JQuery, Good eye on Design/Layout, communication.
Knowledge of implementing theme in Wordpress, Joomla, and Smarty would be added advantage but not required.
