We are looking for a Software Engineer having experience in VB 6, Crystal Report and SQL Server.

Eligibility BCA/ MSC (IT)/MCA/PGDCA/ Diploma Holder.
Experience0 to 1 years.

Primary Job Functions - Software Engineer is involved in development task such as integration/modification and enhancement on existing school product either supporting the development work, software testing or contributing to technical development .He will provide telephonic/internet/physical support of the School Management software products used by our School/College clients. This will involve installation and configuration of software, first line application support, investigating customer escalations and troubleshooting of School Management software issues He has to provide guidance to clients on function, usage and operation of products.
Possess excellent level of product knowledge. Serve as liaisons between Sapphire and the customer.Convey customer feedback to development and engineering staff.
Required Skills Having Good knowledgein VB 6 or .NET, Crystal Report, SQL Server Having ability to development work, software testing or contributing to technical development such as integration/modification and enhancement on existing school product.
Having ability to be a good listener and to really understand a customer problem or question andhelp them to solve out. Excellent communication skills.
Excellent telephonemannerisms. Most of support will beprovided over the phone/Internet Strong problem solving skills, ability to replicate, diagnose and resolve problems. Strong verbal andwritten communication skills.
Experience with Issue Tracking / Bug Reporting Tools.
Works with developersto communicate issues and request changes or enhancements to software.
Must willing and able to travel client location.
