Maintain and update voice network diagrams and vendor information for voice network devices, Have very good troubleshooting and analytical skills.,
Participate in root cause analysis if needed.,
Preferably experience in network management, monitoring and troubleshooting tools.,
Hands on experience in Linux, Shell Scripting, MySQL Database,
Troubleshoot level at Linux.,
Good document and technical skills.
Good communication skills is must.
