Job Description :

7+ years of IT experience with good communication, leadership skills and self driven. With 1+ years of experience as project lead
Experience in the software development life cycle from requirements to production deploy
Technically led project teams of size of 10-15 resources end to end ( estimation, technology selection, resource planning, project inception to deployment)
Product development background is preferable Experience working in Onsite Offshore model
Strong and hands on in Core Java, JDK 1.6 and Web technologies.
Ability to choose suitable technology components for given business requirement
Design skills (have good exposure on design patterns application).
Good Knowledge of SQL, Hibernate , PL/SQL
Good knowledge of XML / parsers
Good understanding of web services, SOAP, Rest Ant, Maven, JBOSS, Tomcat
Basic Unix exposure

Desirable Skills

Spring (core, MVC, Hibernate)
JPBM, Drools
