Priority wise 1.      Understand Functional Specification/Approach Note/BA inputs 2.      Design Enhancement/Change Request 3.      Guide and Track Development 4.      Participate in critical Development area 5.      Code review/Peer review 6.      Unit Testing and Integration Testing 7.      QC Support 8.      Production Support 9.      Reporting(timesheet and activity/status) 10.  Positive Interaction with Team 11.  Oracle Database and other technology self learning and updating 12.  Product Knowledge Upgrade and Product Knowledge Sharing 13.  Personal and Communication skill acquisition and upgrade 14.  Get involved in Social, Team and Health-related activities
