2.      Design Enhancement/Change Request
3.      Guide and Track Development
4.      Participate in critical Development area
5.      Code review/Peer review
6.      Unit Testing and Integration Testing
7.      QC Support
8.      Production Support
9.      Reporting(timesheet and activity/status)
10.  Positive Interaction with Team
11.  Oracle Database and other technology self learning and updating
12.  Product Knowledge Upgrade and Product Knowledge Sharing
13.  Personal and Communication skill acquisition and upgrade
